can u go swimming with your period light.
and not wear a tampon?

If it's light, then you shouldn't worry about it. You should probably wear a tampon just incase. If you're not used to tampons, you can get a smaller sized one designed especially for first time users or beginners, some say that menstruation stops in the water, but you should probably try 'junior' or 'slender' tampons anyways just to be on the safe side.

If your period is very light then you may be able to get away with it. However, I would suggest using a minimum absorbency tampon then you can swim without worrying. It is also a good idea to change it when you get out of the water and dressed again. Hope that helps.

well either way you can. supposidly you period stops when its in water, but i dont know for sure. since its light though, im sure you will be fine. have fuunnn !
