getting my second hole

Question Posted Monday June 12 2006, 7:02 pm

I already have my ears pierced but now I want a second hole. My moms not really AGAINST the whole idea, but she kind of thinks it's dirty looking. It's only one more hole though, It's NOT like I want earrings all down my ears. How can I explain that getting one extra hole through your ear isn't dirty looking or punkish. I'll rate.

Hi, just tell her that your getting older and its your body. Your a teenager who wants to do something like what your doing. Your parents will probaly want to know if you are show that you want it doing, and you except responsibilities. After all its not a big deal really. Daniel.

I have four holes in each ear and two holes in my cartilidge. Believe me, it doesn't look trashy. It's not like you want those gauges in your ears. Just tell her that you would wear cute earings like diamonds. Tell her that you are going to get it done eventually anyway so why not just do it now. Maybe show her a picture of a friend or someone who has two holes in their ears. Explain to her that you really want it.

i have 3 holes in each ear.. then i have my cartlidge pierced too.. just as long as you dont have large huge hoops you dont really look like a skank or anything bad... and for me having 3 holes it doesnt look dirty lookin or punkish unless i wear huge hoops .. but just say you will normally wear studs or something small. && you will look cute && not like a dirty whore or punkish...

just tell your mom your feelings. let her know that this is what you want to do, and that lots of pretty people have two holes. here's one website, look at the second picture.

yeah. also, you could bring up the argument that many second hole earrings are small, and pretty. they are tiny diamonds, or small delacate gold rings. those are somethings that could help.

hope i helped!

tell her your getting older, and that you would like to expirement with experiences. tell her, if it looks bad or anything it is always removable. and if you do get it it doesnt hurt :)
