I just got my finger web pierced (between my thumb and index finger)
Does anybody know what the healing time is and what is best to clean it with? I completely forgot what the piercer said. I know not to use alcohol or peroxide but does bedadine work? or sea salt dissolved in warm water?

Also try Bactine to keep the bacteria out of it. Since this peircing is unusual and I cannot find much information on it i would say it will probably heal anywhere from 1.5 to 4months (more or less i suppose) Hope I helped and that is a very unique peircing. To clean the piercing I suggest you use a saline solution (salt water). Wear a pair of rubber gloves when you wash up and if possible wear some latex gloves doing such activities as gardening. Betadine can also work but saline is easier and cheaper. Good luck. [ Elcee's advice column | Ask Elcee A Question ]
