I want to lose weight but I can't!

I am not huge but I have a little fat around my stomach and thighs, and I have love handles. I never wear tight shirts and I feel weird in swim suits. I really would love to make my love handles smaller and my thighs that is my main goal. I have been working pretty hard but it seems like even though I am eating more healthy and working out more than I ever have, I am just gaining weight! I do situps every day and I play sports every once in awhile but the main reason for my weight gain is that I am taking Seasonal, birth control pill, and it makes you gain weight easily. I am 14 and I have always been so small but recently I gain weight so easily. I eat healthy every once in awhile but I still LOVE my junk food. I try my hardest to cut back and I wish I could still eat the way I do and lose weight. With that said I am going to have to work extra hard and excercise twice as much because of the pill and my not-so-good eating habits. Now that you know about me, what I need help with is how do I lose weight quickly and how do I lose a lot without making myself miserable? Please help me. I keep gaining more and more weight and it makes me so sad! Thanks.

Okay, first off.....you are only 14 and you are taking the pill?! Unless you are doing it to get less and shorter periods per year, then I suggest you lose the pill and stop doing anything that leads to the reason women take the pill. :]
Also I found that keeping a food journal can help control your weight and keep you motivated. It has helped me and I also love spilling my thoughts on a blank, fresh piece of paper. It makes me feel better and keeps me from eating that one extra piece of candy. :D
I've been on the Special K diet and I've already lost about 3 pounds in a week. Visit their website and find more information on it.

P.S. I eat a lot when I'm bored and when I am inbetween TV commericals. If it is the same with you then just fill your time with with something you enjoy doing :]

running is really good for your body..bc yu sweat and which that helps lose fat in your body.. ill try to think of more..

This actually works.

Eat healthy and organic food, go to the gym every other day.

My mom has been doing that for 2 months now, and she's been watching her calories, and she's lost 6 pounds.

My aunt, who goes to the gym every day, and does a bunch of cardio, has completely toned her thighs and is even forming a six pack.

hey
sometimes when you go on diets, they don't always turn out the way you want it. if you have been working out a lot, the gained weight are the muscles.but i think u shud stick to the regular activities. working out and keeping healthy should be you top priorty. before you know it, the extra weight will magically disappear. just have fun. the junk food has to go if you have no self control. junk food is alrite once in a while. encourage less junk food in the household. but always remember you are perfect the way you are.

Try palaties! It will help flatten out your stomach and there is even some palatie exercises that can get ride of your love handles!
