There is something called a Kalteen bar (i'm not sure how to spell it), but they help you gain weight. If you have ever seen the movie mean girls, they used them in that, but they are real as well.

You cannot gain weight because your metabolism is faster than the average human's. However, if your doctor says that you are healthy, I would not really worry about seeming too small. Sometimes, it impresses the guys. ;)
However, if you really wish to gain weight, I advise eating healthily (Even someone of small size can get sick because of eating habits), but I would stick to more breads and bready products and less to meat. Your body first burns the carbs, and then it will burn the fats. What is happening is that your body is getting through the carbs at about the same time it gets to the fats. So, meat should be IN your diet (It contains fats), but it also should be a minimal portion of it.
I also would advise eating proteins and doing some form of exercise. Doing this will allow you to gain muscle, and seem less "Little" than you actually are.
Feel free to ask me more questions. Just drop one in or IM me at GMSB543. :)

In contrast to what the other answers say this is a problem that CAN BE SOLBVED. You will still be thin, which I'm assuming is not such a bad thing, but you will have a more built and full looking body if you follow the directions below...

-eat lots of proteint and carbohydrates, they will help you muscle grow
-work out, i know you think this will just make you thinner but if you work out alot like running everyday or lifting weights you will get strong, full muscles. Plus running and swimming will give you a strong, big butt if you wanted curves.
-lifting weights for your legs or arms area very good idea, remember muscle will make your body toned and look fit instead of scrawny.
-I know what you're thinking, you don't want to be a huge muscular woman, well you don't have to be. Once you feel toned you can just keep up wioth a regular routine, and if you feel too big remember that unused muscle turns into stored firm fat. So it won't look like celulit or fat, it will just amke your whole body fuller.

good luck =]

you probably have a really really high metabolism. one of my best friends is like that and she's nearly 15 and looks like she's in 5th grade b/c of it.

you can't control your metabolism. i would try and eat portions like a regular sized person, because it may catch up to you in your future years.

&& just b/c you're small, that doesnt change you as a person!

hope i helped!

The thing with bodies is that you can't really control what they're ganna do. Some people just have a rediculous metabolism. I suggest taking the best of it, I know personally I would give anything to have a metabolism like that!!
just try and eat healthy and excersise, because that's always good

=] just remember it wont be like this forever<3
