Well its true that counting calories is a horrible habit to get into but you are eating WAY too little. You are lucky if that's anywhere near 1000 calories.

Ditch the bun on the burger, the chips, milky way, and pizza.

Keep the crackers as your snack and eat a whole egg or 2 if you can and make sure the toast is whole wheat, whole grain, anything but white bread.

counting calories religiously is a horrible habit.. i wouldn't get too far into it... it easily becomes an obsession. (just trying to warn you! ;))as long as you know the ballpark figure is near what your daily intake should be, then you should be fine. remember to have some physical activity every day, at least 20 minutes, and you shouldn't really have to worry about calories if you eat normally.

i would try to have more small meals than little snacks, like it seems you have had. try having some sort of dairy, but especially fruits and veggies each meal... i'm sure you know all of this though. the only advice i can think of is trying to cut down on the sugary, empty calories. the milky way, cookies, pop, whatever it is... i think you'll be doing great. :)

hope i helped!

it doesn't seem like you've really had any meals besides the hamburger. you really don't have to worry about counting calories because that can become unhealthy psychologically. just make sure that you are eating three meals a day and foods from all your food groups. what you have had seems fine, i'm just unsure of what your meals were so that makes it difficult. also, i noticed you did not have any greens. if you usually don't you might want to think of adding some.
also about the calories, the amount you should take in depends on your weight.

Well I'm not sure how much calories but it seems pretty alright except the milky way. maybe you should eat a whole egg and whole slice of toast
