clearlypink428 answered Monday May 29 2006, 2:52 pm: it all depends on your metabolism. personally, i eat maybe 4 or 5 small meals a day jsut because thats what my body wants- but i dont eat small because i think im fat- trust me- i eat till im full. and i love my body. excersise, on the other hand is another story. i dont purposely go outside to excersse- i find things to do that contain excersise. think about it- if you tell yourself youre going to walk around the block a few times a day- theres probably no way you'll keep up that routine. but planning outings with your friends to go play volleyball, or tennis, or basketball would probably keep your interest longer. excersise doesnt have to be straightforward- the same thing every day- spice it up a little-youll look great, and feel amazing. By having many small meals, you can boost your metabolism. But be sure to get enough calories during the day. Try to stay at around 1500, and never EVER go below 1000.
Walking is also important. Keeping active helps keep you fit, and will also tone your muscles. ^^
