can i use a plastic bowl non see through for my beta fish just for one night will he be ok if he cant see through the bowl

Yes, that's perfectly fine. If you are transporting the fish, or cleaning out the tank, etc. it's good for them to be in the dark, it makes them feel safer.

I can't think of any reason why you can't, especially if it's only one night. Fish bowls are see through so that you can see your fish.
Just to be on the safe side, it would be a good idea put the fish back in a clear bowl during the day so that it gets its normal light exposure. This is so that you don't cause any problems with the fish's circadian rhythm.

Well I would say yes because what is outside the bowl doesn't affect the fish.
