It's an attachment you put on the end of your hairdryer where the air comes out.
They reduce frizz and usually adds shine.

a diffuser is something that you put on your blowdryer.. they usually work if you want to make blowdry your hair straight

It's an attachment to your hair dryer that has the spikes at the end. It actually helps give you more body w/o a whole lot of air blowing on your hair. It can help keep your hair in the position you want it to stay in. I love how they work. They are all over the internet. Just put "hair diffuser" in your search engine and you will see tons of them.

Namaste!

A diffuser is attached to the end of the hair dryer. It is great for adding waves to your hair because it only adds heat but no blowing air

a diffuser is a thing you put on the end of your blow dryer... it makes the heat on from the hair dryer be spread out. its better for your hair, and keeps body in your hair. plus, reduces frizzing.

They come on some blow dryers but not all of them. You can buy them separately .

Basically they slow down the air of your dryer. :)
