marzrocks answered Monday May 22 2006, 5:57 pm: ok i havent tried this but alot of my friends use it. get WHITE eye liner! i know it sounds weird and ugly. but if you put it on right
it makes your eyes look REALLY noticeable! like its AMAZING! trust me its really cool
you can get it at a drug store like wallgreens.
or your local make up store ex. sally beauty supply.
or you could get color contacts. there not to expencive. like 20 to 50 dollars i think.
get a bright color like blue, or bright green. but not an un-natural color. because that will look grose
oneandonly345 answered Sunday May 21 2006, 6:37 pm: i would use eyeliner, that makes eyes more noticable. i put it on my bottom lid and the inside of my top one, i used black. it's nice. you could also use color eye liner.
the more colorful, the more people are going to notice.
also use mascara. the bigger the eyelashes the more people are going to notice.
if you are going to use a lot of liner and mascara, i would do some basic eyeshadow, like a brown or gold.

MHScutie87 answered Sunday May 21 2006, 12:49 pm: I use covergirl dual eyeliner. On one side there is dark purple, and on the other side there is light purple. The purple liner on my top lid makes my green eyes pop. If you have blue eyes, I think blue would make your eyes stand out, and for brown eyes, I think a purple color would also look good.
Also, mascara can really do a lot for you. Just find a brush you like, I don't really have a preferene on brand, but covergirl works well for me.
This really depends on the person, but a small amount of light colored eyeshadow below your eyes can make them look good, especially in the summer. I use a light blue and just glide it below my eyes like eye liner.
Let me know if you have any questions concernng me tips.
