how can i keep with it? ok for summer my goal is to lose like 7 lbs and more, but i CANNOT keep with it! i'm gonna try the pic of someone skinnier than me on the fridge but what else can i do? to remind me what my goal is?

you know what you should do is walk a lot. i lost over 15 pounds last summer by doing that. it was usually with a friend too. just walk to places instead of driving also. i wasnt even trying to lose wieght and i did.
the only thing that can really keep you motivated is yourself. stop looking at other girls and comparing yourself, youre better off just thinking about what YOU can do. ]
how i do it is, i have this big mirror in my room, so i just right my goal weight and by when on it with expo white bored markers because they erase ]
Sticking with your goals are tough, you just got to motivate yourself. Some things you can do:
1) Stick a picture of someone you find hot (paul walker, jesse mccartney, ryan gosling) in your fridge, that way whenever you open it to get a snack you'll see their face and be motivated not to eat
2)Make a collage of all your favorite celebrities and hang it in your room. Seeing all of their skinny bodies will motivate you to become that way
3)Whenever you have the urge to snack, read a magazine. Most magazines are filled with skinny celebrities, therefore you won't want to eat while reading one.
4)Watch model shows. America's Next Top Model and 8th and Ocean are good motivators. Once you see their bodies, you won't want to snack.
