Simply because jucnk food dosen't carry a lot of fat, and pass through your system more easily. Eat smart n' healthy. That why even though you eat a lot it'll be easyer to blance n' change

muscle weighs more than fat. so you are losing muscle mass and replacing it with a lighter substace that takes up more space. try taking better care of yourself becuas e there are girls who weigh very little but look pudgy and have clogged arteries.

My weigher does the same thing. It might not be that you lost a pound (haha sorry hun) but it could have been the way you stood on it or it could be inaccurate. Usually when I go on a weigher thing, I go on once then go on 2 more times to make sure its telling me the exact number.

You might be able to digest things easily so it doesn't put a pound on right the next day. Lucky girl.

Your metabolism might just be high. Which is good. Just because you ate a lot in a few days, doesnt mean that you'll gain weight right away. The weight might show up later. Just watch what you eat and you should still be fine. =)
