girlygirl answered Monday May 15 2006, 4:44 pm: Questions can be like: what are your strengths and weaknesses? and those are the trick ones... you should answer, my biggest strength is being able to accept responsibility and follow-through. my biggest weakness is sometimes I take on too much, but I always get the job done well and I thrive on completing projects etc.
It's all a game and how you can turn it around. At the end, they usually ask if you have any questions and you should come up with a couple like: What would a typical day/shift be like? and When do you expect to be making your decision on this position?

Be upbeat about it and say "It's going well."
Or something along those lines. Negativity won't get you a job.
