Go right ahead with that then, just remember that you have been warned. Also keep in mind that herbal remedies labeled as diet and weight lost suppliments are never regulated by the FDA, and people have actually died before these have been pulled from the market. Unless your doctor percribes them to you, you don't really know what you're getting into. You should always check with a doctor before attempting ANY weight loss regimen anyhow.

So take your "lil" bag back to your friend and do this the old school way- eat right and go to the gym. It's that simple :-)
LOL I need to get my facts straight? Keep listening to that retarded coach and see if those "Results" stick with you by next year...but don't come bitching on here when you find out you were wrong. [ MikeCFT's advice column | Ask MikeCFT A Question ]

I dont care if you gave me a 1, because I know that diet pills dont work, and can harm you, and I already warned you. So did many other people, I dont care farenheight is not a 100% safe. There are other chemicals in it, that arent listed on the bottle which effect your body in harmful ways.

No diet pill is 100% safe.
Any diet pill has its own set of potiental side effects.
Hun, diet pills are no good, I suggest you dont use them. You can also become addicted, which can lead to bullimia and annorexia.
Side effects you can get from taking diet pills are that it increases your risk of a heart attac and cardiac arrest, it can cause irregular heart beat or disease, you can also get head aches, nausia, dizzynesss, blurried vision, insomnia, anxiety and depression, theres an endless list of things that could happen, for each person its different.
And if you do lose weight from them, the results probably wont show, and it wont stay long until you gain the weight back.
The only way to lose weight, is to do it the healthy and safe way, exercising, and eating healthy.
