ok so if you have small eyes and wanna make them look bigger should you put eye liner on the top or bottom? or both? thanks in advance!

Top, as close to lash line as possible, and bottom but only about 1/3 of the way in from the outside (by your ears).

If u have small eyes u dont wear black eyeliner at the top. that will make your eyes appear smaller and make them look like they are smaller then they really are. if u must wear eyeliner then wear it at the bottom at the edge of the eye lashes. it will make your eyes stand out. dont wear dark eye shawdow on the eye lid itself. shaded it with a medium light tone. and if u want to wear a dark eye shadow shade it on the sides.. ( cat eye look)

My eyes are big, but to make them more defined and big, I outline the outer edges of the bottom, and then make a thin line across the enter top lid. It works for me!

Well I only apply eyeliner on my bottom lid because I don't think it makes a lot of a difference on the top one. I have small eyes too, and pencil eyeliner works really well for me on my bottom lid.
