I will assume by sin you are refering to Christianical sin.

If so, then yes it is a sin. It is premarital sexual contact and therefore is a sin. In fact, most any religion will say premarital sex is a sin.

I would however, ask you to ignore Brunette_Babie_cakes or however you spell her name. Just because the bible was written long ago does NOT mean you shouldn't follow it. Books were written around the time of alot of the old testament writings (The Illiad, The Odyessey, Elements) that are still in major study today and have importance, or even books written during the New Testament periods (The Metamorphoses, The Aenid, etc).

Just because the Bible is old, doesn't mean it shouldn't be followed. Age does not necessarily decrease function and purpose, but sometimes increases it. And the Bible's function most certainly increases in a more modern, and just as wicked, world.

I hope I helped,
-Ryan

Yes. The Bible makes it clear that people should avoid any and all sexual contact until marriage. Even seeing your boyfriend's private parts before marriage is a sin.
