ohhh a question i can answer =]
last year when i was on my old swim team i had a lot of trouble with breast stroke. remember to make sure your head doesnt go too far under, and your hands shouldnt go past your shoulders. "take in the cookies and then serve them" reach out far and you should do greattt.. good luck ♥

well to remeber how to do it when i was really little we learn to say table tops up down and around while doing are legs... i know it sounds weird but it goes along with the motions! and dont forget to not do illegal turns! it will kill you. i was a swimmer for a long time and if you have specific questions like on how to do pull outs just leave me a question in my inbox!
