since the serving size on the bottle is 2.5, it means that there are 2 and a half glasses of water in the bottle. this is because one serving of water is one glass, which is 8 ounces. since the bottle has 2.5 servings, it is a 20 ounce bottle! so if you are using that bottle, you have to drink 8 servings of it (not 8 bottles)... that means you need to drink a little more than 3 bottles per day!

if it is easier, think of it this way... 8 servings of water equal 64 ounces... so aim around that number and you should be fine! :)

Yes, 8 glasses of water is about how much you should drink. However, it doesn't really make sense that a 60 pound child would have to drink 8 glasses and a 180 pound man would also have to drink the same amount as someone 1/3 his weight, right? So some doctors say that if you drink water based on your weight. This is how you do it: (your weight)/2. For example, if you weigh 100 pounds, then you should drink about 50 ounces of water a day.

hope this makes sense- :)

We should get 8, 8 ounce servings of water daily. More if you are exercising or out in hot weather.
So you need 64 ounces of water each day. Roughly you'd have to drink a little less than four bottles each day to get your daily requirement.

It's actually 8 glasses (8 oz. each) not bottles.
