Here is a link to a bodybuilding site where they share recipes. You can really find some good stuff in here. The one thing most of these recipes have in common is that they are low on saturated fats, low on sugar and quite high on protein.

A safe bet is pretty much anything that's whole wheat (Bread, pasta, you name it, they probably have it). and eat lots of fruit too. hope this helps

Get yourself a piece of whole wheat pita. You can put a little olive oil on it, then get yourself some reduced fat or fat free shredded cheese and slice up some fresh tomatoes and bake it in the oven until you get the crispiness you desire for pizza.

Get whole wheat pasta and slice up some steamed veggies and make yourself a pasta salad. Again you can add some olive oil to it.

For a fat free, high protein snack get a packet of sugar free/fat free Jell-o instant pudding and a cup of fat free cottage cheese and 1/2 cup of skim milk and mix all contents in a blender until it is like pudding....you wouldn't know the difference and if you do then get over it because it isn't supposed to taste like candy, it's supposed to taste healthy and just good enough to enjoy :-)

You don't have to rate this one I'm just trying to help you get some better answers.

Add to your question the kinds of food you like, or don't like. So you will get recipes you might actually use.

I'm picky too and if I got a bunch of recipes that had spinach or broccoli in them...yuk! :)

********Add on

If you like pasta you can always make some pasta salad.

Just cook up some pasta as directed. Add whatever veggies you like to eat. Maybe sprinkle it with just a little cheese. Add some low fat dressing of your choice. Toss, cool and eat.

For dessert Angel Food Cake is pretty lo cal. Put some fruit (no sugar added) on top. Quick and easy! :)
