You more than likely didn't do anything wrong. He was either looking for a one night thing, or he's just not interested. Just wait a week, and then call him back.

I dont think you pushed him but try not talking to him for a while (a week)and then see what happens.

He's probably just shy/embarrassed, and maybe he doesn't like you anymore and it's easier for him just to ignore you than to talk. See him face to face so he can't ignore you.
