If you live near a beach you can walk along the beach or the pier.
You can go to an arcade or an arcade type of place. Most arcades not only have video games, they also have air hockey, bowling, pool, pinball, and more. (If not, go to a pool hall or a bowling alley)
If either of you can drive, just take a drive to places you don't usually go, yet still know your way around so you don't get lost.
You can go ice skating or roller blading.
There are other things you can do, just not that come to mind at the moment.

-Have a Barbeque. Get some of your friends together and if you or your friends have a grill, you could grill up all kinds of food outside if the weather is nice.
-Go to a concert. Alot of times, there's free ones outside, or ones that cost just a little bit. That will give you something to talk about, whether you like the music or not.
-Go to a water park or amusement park. Great cuddling time when you're on a scary roller coaster. Heh.
-Rent DVDs and watch them. It's not going to a movie, but it does give you and him alot of alone time. Make some of his & your favorite foods. If he doesn't mind cooking, have him help you make the food.
-Sit outside somewhere scenic. By the ocean, in a park. Just admire nature.
-Go to a music store and listen to the new releases.
-Go for a walk or jog. Hey, you get to spend time with each other and exercise.
-Go somewhere totally unexpected. There's Miniature Golf, waterskiing, Sailboating, Go Carting, or Tennis at a Tennis court.
Well, that's all I can think of for now. Hope I helped!

It'll just be you and him. Watching the romantic sunset, eating popcorn, and watching a movie. :) [ LondonScene's advice column | Ask LondonScene A Question ]
