well she probably doesn't like you in that way...but it could just be that she's not ready for a relationship right now. try getting to know her better and do little things to make her like you like send her notes, open doors for her, just be really sweet and get to know her better! hope i helped good luck!

That expression shows that she isn't interested. She doesn't really want to hurt your feelings, so she uses excuses instead. If she liked you, she would of said yes but give her some time.

Maybe she likes someone else right now, maybe you just have to wait it out until she gets over him and she might like you. If she doesn't, then it's time to move on if you've asked her out twice and never said yes.
