No it will be fine. If it was really that bad then people would be more cautious about it and probably not have cell phones.

It's fine. If these "radio waves" people are talking about were hazardous, cell phones would be taken off the shelves. If you're worried, don't keep it in your bed.
However, there's a new health study that says it's bad to use your phone while it's being charged, so next time your phone rings, take it off the charger before you answer it. ]
There is no proof that your cell phone can cause health issues. And from my point of view I dont think it can, i've been sleeping next to my phone for the past like 5 years and alot of my friends do it too, it doesnt seem to do any harm and i think you'll be find if you do. However i would ask your doctor or someone next time you seem him just to be safe. Sorry if that wasnt very helpful.
