Here is a link to a site that shows you pretty much every kind of exercise you want. Just click on the muscle you are interested in:

Just so you know, despite what many people think, there is no way to spot reduce fat through exercise. This means that doing crunches wont in any way reduce stomach fat, doing lunges wont in any way reduce thigh fat etc etc. The only way to do that is through overall weight loss. Your body picks where the fat is taken from. Sorry but its the truth.

i know this may sound weird.
but i read this on a website

pushups help your armpits ( get rid of fat around that area )
and for your thighs. you could do a pushup with your knees bent.

sorry.
hoped i helped.
a little atleast

There are a lot of exercises to work on the thighs. I am not sure if you are looking at building massive muscles or just lean and toner thighs.

Get into some cardio exercise to lose weight, fat and tone up your body. Jogging or running is recommended since you are targeting your thigh muscles.

If you can, do "leg abductions" and "leg adductions". These 2 exercises work the outer and inner thigh.

If you really want to build up muscles, do what the guys normally do, squats with weights (get help for this)

As for the other problem, i heard doing a "forward grip pull down" helps. There may be other more effective ways to do it. I'll get back to you when i find out.

Remember, exercise and results are subjective, know your body and don't give up.

Have fun working out!

hey. lunges are amazing when you want to trim some flab off your legs. you can even to them with weights to increase the results. for the arms, you can lift weights working on your triceps. if this is a great problem, then you should see you doctor and find other ways to loose the fat. hope this helps!! :) ♥ ♥ ♥
