HELP!PLEASE! You know what?I lose wheight when i starve.But then i become again like before.I am not fat but i want to become skinny.Too slim...That is my aim but i end up eating like before again because i have problems with my periods or because i feel dizzy.But i start again stop eating for five days.I lose pounds(5 pounds) but then i eat again.I know that this is not healthy but i fed up!Those HEALTHY diets are really annoying because you lose those ... pounds after three months.Summer is hear and i CANNOT manage being perfect!!!Please tell me what should i do?I have visited a nutritionist but he told me just to eat healthy because i am ok.But i don't feel ok...Please tell me,should i start starving again???Emily...

no i dont think you should starve yourself that can lead to a whole bunch of diseases just eat portions of food and dont over eat exerciseing works i know im 5ft 2in and i way like 115 pounds thats around the good weight for me so please dont starve yourself let me now what you do even if you dont take my advice ]
well if you want to be slim you shouldn't starve yourself and then eat so much.. i mean you shuoldnt do it at all.. just eat right.. but try not to eat to much fatty food. and then after you eat go exercise.. maybe play some sports so that will help you kkeep in shape and maybe do liek exercise from a couple of weeks.. i see you dont like there diets stuff but it doesnt really matter later wen you get health problems then like you wont wish that you could be slim so try to eat more healthy food and exercise.. or you may regrett everything later.

I think I'd start off by suggesting that you see a counsellor. You make mention of "being perfect", but perfection isn't necessarily what you see in magazines. Once you've got a healthy idea of self-image, then you'll be ready to decide what to do.
Starvation will actually cause you to gain more weight, since your body goes into survival mode and starts to absorb every calorie consumed and put it into adipose fat reserves.
Have you tried a healthy diet and exercise? It may work slower, but it doesn't have the nasty side effects that a starvation diet has, plus it makes you feel great! Skinny isn't everything... if you're toned, you'll look even better. ]

and as long as you are yourself and comfortable, that is when you are truely PERFECT. just relax, stop worring and enjoy the summer. if you really want to loose some weight than just try to eat less carbs and hav 3 servings of dairy a day.

You should have learned by now that obviously starving is not working, you can't starve youself forever so when you do eat again you're only going to gain it back. Where has it got you so far? Nowhere, because you're at the weight you were before.
You're exaggerating about healthy diets. You can lose 5lb on a healthy diet in 2 weeks if you stick to it. The only way you're going to get thin and stay thin is by eating healthily and properly and exercising. The weight loss might be slower than you want it to be, but it'll stay off, and you won't be back to where you started over and over again. Try eating 1250 calories a day (eating any less than this will slow down your metabolism). ]
