how do i lose weight on my whole entire thighs quickly ( like 3-4 weeks )

i need some exercise ideas fast please help i really want to wear shorts to school this year.

ill rate high.

Here is a website that should give you some ideas. Just go here and click on the names of the exercises that are in blue and it should take you to a new page with a picture. Press play and it will show you how to do it.

Also, I know that you've already heard this, but try running. It is a really good way to get fit, healthy, and lose extra fat. Just run about a mile a day, along with a few of the leg exercises from that website, and you should be good.
