You are at a growing stage. You're at a stage where you gain weight as fast as you lose them.

So here goes, stick to a cardio routine and do it at least 3-4 times a week, 1 hour each time. Gradually increase speed and distance.

As for being flabby... get into some muscle toning exercises using a dumbell. A simple 4-5 lbs would be great. Do more repetitions...

If running and jogging is not your thing, try swimming... it's virtually no impact and its been known to burn calories fast.

You might get really hungry after that though. So, remember to eat healthy and stay positive.

Good luck!!!

ok first off you do not look like you weight 200lbs. That's just a little ridiculous. Imagine 58 pounds of ground meat, and paste it on you. Do you really look that big? If you still think you do i suggest seaking advice from an expert. How long have you been eating healthy, exercising, etc. If it's only been a few weeks then thats no big deal, everyone looses weight differently, i'm 5'7 and weigh 148 and it takes me like a month to loose 4 lbs. Don't expect results to be immediate, just take it slow and remember you dont look as bad as you think. I do have some weight loss tips that will help, but again, there is no easy way to loose weight that won't land you in a phychiatric ward eating food out of a toob. Here's an excerpt from another advice column i wrote. By the way, on the body mass index, you are not overweight, and are miles away from obese!
Dieting: Watch you calorie intake your meals should even out to about 220 calories, and you should have one or two HEALTHY snacks a day (Fruit, a nutrigrain bar, yogurt, etc.) If your really watching your calories try to even out at around 1,200 to 1,500 a day. Remember to eat lots of vegatbles, and not a lot of bread. Look for things that are fat free or low fat. Drink skim milk or two percent instead of whole. Eat wheat bread instead of white. Put extra lettuce on a hamburger (not one that you got from mcdonalds, you'll definatly want to avoid fastfood, like it's poison. Did you know that in one fast food sticky bun there are 2,000 calories! That's astronomical! You actually have to plan out how to get that much fat into such a small pastry!) Read articles on websites from the south beach diet or weight watchers. (weight watchers is an excellent diet that keeps you healthy and gives you a set plan and point system, i recomend checking it out if you aren't disciplined enough to diet on your own.) Find out recipes that are healthy and easy, o yeah and avoid anything freid! (By the way sushi is great for you and almost no fat at all. and celery actually burns calories, put some peanut butter on celery or on an apple, that makes a great snack. Remember to never stop drinking water, at least six cups a day! And you need to eat to loose weight the healthy way, if you stop eating your metabolism slows down. Also make sure to eat breakfast, even if it's something small, it is especially inmportant to get you metabolism going in the morning. You loose less weight if you don't eat breakfast. Also, set up a "break" day once a week were you can treat yourself to all the yummies you missed out on! But be careful not to add on "one more day" to your little weekly delights. Lastly, avoid sitting infront of the T.V. and eating, people don't realize how much they munch while sitting like mindless zombies in front of the bright, shiny box. And if you absolutly have to munch on something don't take a whole box of cheezeits and proceed to consume them all! Poor some in a cup, eat those, asses if your still hungry or just bored. If your just bored go find something to do other than eating, staring at a wall can be more enticing than gaining weight sometimes. If you are still hungry by all means continue munchin UNTIL your full (and not stuffed to the point of wretching, just comfortable, and not feeling like you'd die if you didn't eat!) Don't eat just to eat, only when your hungry!
Excercise:
Excercise is and asset! Join a gym if possible, then you can get on a treadmill and see exactly how many calories you burn. Don't exercise maniacally every day. You will burn up all your will to be healthy! (unless of course you happen to be one of those people who has to run 10 miles every day or they lock themselves up and cry hysterically, it's best to avoid such frowned upon crying experiences.) Pick 3 days atleast, and go jogging. Train yourself to go further and further each time. The more calories you burn off the easier it will be to loose weight. I'm a bit lax myself on the excercise area (i'm ahamed to say" but i'm working on it!) For more extensive information on exercise try calling a gym or visiting just once to get some tips from those avid exercisers! For me running is the most effective weight loss mechanism, it is actually fun (sometimes) to! Especially if you have music to run to! Give it a try, find your niche. And if you just can bring yourself to exercise, any progress is good right?
I hope this helps!
