show her your there for her and help her through this. Also you can try taking her mind off it by taking her on a fun trip into town or to a theme park or something, she'll appriciate it.

If I was your mate I would want something fun to take my mind of it. Have a massive sleepover with face masks and girly things or go out with some boys insted of her thinking about that one stupid boy who is to blind to see what he's lost.
I hope this helps
Give love to your mate from me

the only thing you can really do is talk to her. not about the boyfriend, but just talk normally, so it will get her mind off of the boyfriend. don't bring up boys at all, and definitely don't mention the ex. just be a friend, give her lots of hugs, talk like a normal friend, and she should be fine. the same thing happened to my friend last month, and within a week, she was perfectly fine. hope this helps

Well since she's been with this guy for over a year, I don't think anything will cheer her up. She just needs time to forget about him. But what you can do is be there for her when she needs someone to talk to, a shoulder to cry on, etc. Instead of her being sad all the time, sitting at home..invite her places. Movies, dinner, whatever. Get her out so she's not crying all the time and so she realizes life will move on. Good luck.
