how do i delete the websites that come up when i click the down arrow? like if i have been the www.advicenators.com ....and if i click the down arrow than the website will be down there...how do i delete it?

also not just on my address bar but i have my home page is msn.com and the little search bar ...does anyone know how to get all the things i ever looked up to stop coming up when i type a letter that startes with what i looked up!! ...if that makes sence thanks and i will rate high.

Deleting your history. Also, making your history last for '0' days will disable this function.

Hit crtl+h at the same time. A window will pop open with a list of sites you've been on. You can delete the ones you want to.

Or you can hit tools at the top of the screen, then internet options, then hit the button that says clear history. This way all your history is deleted.

On your desktop it has internet explorer... right click that and then click properties.

Then toward the bottom it will have something that looks similar to a sun clock thing. Clike Clear history... and make sure the dropdown menu says 0. Then after a few seconds they're all gone.

If you're using AOL its different...

You have to go to to settings in the toolbar. then look under the T section and then click Tool Bar Settings.

Then toward the bottom it will say history... and do the same thing as for internet explorer.

-tools
-internet options.

then you click clear history.

and theerrre ya go.
