KELLY_ELIZABETH answered Saturday April 8 2006, 2:59 pm: theres 2 things you can do. either when you get hungry, you can drink lotsa water. its really good because it gets you full quick and you just pee it all out. or you can eat something healthy, but just something little. like a piece of cheese or a diet bar or some friut or whatever you have. then you get nutrients and dont gain much eating healthy things. if you eat like cake or something then you gain alot and no nutritional value.
itsz_JESS answered Friday April 7 2006, 2:37 pm: try eating a salad when you get hungry if your trying to lose wieght.. your probably hungry because you didnt eat enough during dinner or the day so maybe have little snacks in between [ itsz_JESS's advice column | Ask itsz_JESS A Question ]
SeriousAsAHeartAttack answered Friday April 7 2006, 1:21 pm: Alot of people that are trying to lose weight have this problem. It's because your not getting enough during the day. If the reason why your worried is because your trying to lose weight, chew gum. If the reason is for either, try to eat more carbs and protien during the day. good luck! Napalm350z answered Friday April 7 2006, 10:58 am: Try eating a little bit more when you eat dinner. What time do you usually get hungry after dinner? Sleep would be a good way to get around it. If you wake up because you are hungry, drink a glass of milk. [ Napalm350z's advice column | Ask Napalm350z A Question ]
x3candiigrl answered Friday April 7 2006, 8:11 am: Take your time while eating your food. And wait a few minutes before you take more. Then later that night if you get hungry again drink a lot of water... It helps fill you up. or eat slim fast bars... small but like a meal.
stephii_x3z_yooh answered Friday April 7 2006, 8:08 am: you shouldn't eat after 7:30, or 3 hours before you go to sleep. if you eat infront of the TV, then let's say you're eating something from a box, like goldfish, or something, instead of just bringing the whole box over there, put some in a bowl, and only eat those. eat slower at dinner, and you will get full faster, that should help with the over eating. hope i helped! loves2shop86 answered Friday April 7 2006, 2:24 am: hey! i get hungry at night all the time, because I don't even go to bed until around 2 on a normal night, and i eat dinner at around 6... so that's a long time to go without food. they say that you shouldn't eat about 3 hours before you go to bed. basically, what i do is drink a lot of water (i carry a bottle everywhere) after dinner, because a lot of times people mistake thirst for hunger! if that doesn't suppress your apetite, then eat... but make it healthy! late at night i snack on baby carrots, apples, oranges... basically fruits and veggies! it works for me, so i hope i helped! :) [ loves2shop86's advice column | Ask loves2shop86 A Question ]
