AGEHA answered Monday April 3 2006, 10:07 pm: You can't force someone into wanting to date you. You can ask someone out, but can't make them say yes. [ AGEHA's advice column | Ask AGEHA A Question ]

samanthab912 answered Monday April 3 2006, 4:35 pm: Well, coming from my point of view, I am a "very pretty person" too but boys don't seem to like me either. I think its all because we don't act the way boys want us to. Like let them touch us, or groape us. I mean, I like all these boys and they like me but they do wanna go out, or they don't. I am ALWAYS myself, and that seems to attract the nice boys. So you just have to be yourself. Maybe act a little more comfortable around boys, they'll be like magnets. Also, the boy 79% of the time have to like your personality. The other 21% of them just want you to "fool" around with. =)

Kayendall06 answered Monday April 3 2006, 10:17 am: They're stupid if they won't ask you out. Try to be more flirty, by complimenting them, and giving them glances and winks. If they go red in the face or wink back, they like you.
sOAKIN_iN_tHE_sUNx0 answered Monday April 3 2006, 5:29 am: they love your sense of style and your personality, there just dumb. they want a model fashion skinny anerexic girl. i know alot of guys that are 17+ that rather choose a plus size girl over a skinny one anyday. im average and my best friend is PLUS SIZE and like, she is so beautiful!!! and she gets more men then i do. Im pretty good looking myself, i guess it depends on the age, and maturity. [ sOAKIN_iN_tHE_sUNx0's advice column | Ask sOAKIN_iN_tHE_sUNx0 A Question ]
NinjaNeer answered Monday April 3 2006, 2:19 am: Boys are idiots at your age! I too am a curvy gal, and I didn't get asked out even though people told me I was beautiful... I was so confused, until I came to university.
Once boys grow up enough to realize that beauty isn't just what the media tells you it is, they'll come flocking to you (just like they did to me!)
gentlegiant answered Monday April 3 2006, 12:31 am: They won't ask you out? Their loss. Tell you what. You put a smile on your face. Be the happiest you can be. Dont let other peoples opinions affect you. Dont let yourself be influenced by others. Id say be yourself but your probably sick of hearing that. Don't be shy. Be super friendly. Outgoing. You know, theirs nothing wrong with you asking a guy out to. You dont't hear of it often but its normal. Don't be afraid. If you get turned down big deal. it makes you stronger. Guys face rejection all the time. You go girl. Hope I helped you. [ gentlegiant's advice column | Ask gentlegiant A Question ]
