Me and my boyfriend broke up. He broke up with me to go out with this one girl but we started talking again and the past 2 nights he has kissed me. He said he is confused and I want to get back with him. Would it be bad if I did?
Unfortunately, at the moment he doesn't know what he wants and if you make efforts to get him back it will only cloud his judgement and make it harder for him to make his decision.
The best thing you can do right now, for your sake as much as anyone else, is speak to him about this and tell him you can't see him at all until he decides what he wants. Don't give him an ultimatum as such, but tell him he can't string you both along so until he knows what he wants, you're going to stay out of his way. This should, if anything, also boost you in his opinion because you're doing 'the honourable thing'.

If he is still going out with another girl, then yeah, it would be bad to try to get back together with him. Give him time and then ask him for a straight answer, and ask him what he wants to do.
thisismydance answered Wednesday March 29 2006, 10:41 am: depends on why you broke up. if you think you can have a relationship with him... try it. what can it hurt? if you have an answer for what it could hurt... you might not want to go back with him!
