well, there is this guy in my school, he left a note in my desk that says 'I love you' on it. I know it was him bacause he was lurking around and in my desk when I wasn't looking. We are both are the shy type, so it would be kind of hard to talk to him, you know. I kinda got his little brother's sn, but it doesn't really work on my messenger. So the big question is, what should I do? I'm kinda waiting for him to make the first move.

If your 99% sure its him you should approach him and ask him if he sent you that note. Hopefully this will lead into a discoussion with him. Talk to him and try to be his friend, eventually things will go for the best.

If you think you like him, just confront him about the whole situation. Or maybe call him, or ask a friend to do it. But if you're going to be shy around him, its probably not going to work very well, because it will be awkward and you probably won't talk a lot or do much...it'd just be better if you were friends if you're going to do that. XD Well, whatever you decide to do, just don't be shy. Its always best to take risks. You never know, it could do you a lot of good later on.
