well;; my doctor told me to eat fruit.
he said it will help
and he also said the 2 hours before you go to bed not to look at a computer screen or TV ]
Yes, it does have a lot to do with it. I would talk to a doctor or check out a line of products at your local drugstore with a parent or guardian that you trust. :) ]
theres this stuff by St. ives in a green bottle, im pretty sure you could get it at any walgreen, walmart or target, well rub that on your eyes before you go to sleep and then buy one of those gel eye masks and kepp it in the fridge and wear it at night wile your sleeping. ]
I guess its possible that allergies are part of it, i'm really not sure. To get rid of them, I would suggest using a foundation under your eye-cheekbone area. I have a friend who gets dark spots under her eyes that she has a special foundation for. I can't think of the brand but i know it's a liquid foundation and comes in a thin, lip-gloss shaped tube.
