ROXiEMARiEX3 answered Monday March 20 2006, 7:19 pm: I guess its possible that allergies are part of it, i'm really not sure. To get rid of them, I would suggest using a foundation under your eye-cheekbone area. I have a friend who gets dark spots under her eyes that she has a special foundation for. I can't think of the brand but i know it's a liquid foundation and comes in a thin, lip-gloss shaped tube. Goodluck&&HopeiHelped!♥ [ ROXiEMARiEX3's advice column | Ask ROXiEMARiEX3 A Question ]
