Try distracting yourself listen to happy moving music or go for walks with a friend , try going shopping or even exercise ! Those types of things help me move on ...try not to think about him and soon you'll forget about him.
es answered Monday July 21 2008, 5:28 pm: i know exactly how you feel.
1. re-arrange your room (i know it sounds weird but change helps)
2. be with friends and make sure they are the funny ones that keep you occupied
3. find someone you can complain to, let all your emotions out (if you need me you can im me at xxes25)
4. go ice skating, mall, park, friends house, beach, pool, just plainly out of your house in general.
5. if you're into the arts, you can write a poem of the pain, or write a letter.
6. go do paintballs. =]] it helps to shoot at people =]]
7. get anything that person ever gave you and see if it makes you feel better to rip it up or throw it out. always helped me.
8. everytime you think about that person, stop and think THAT PERSON SHOULD NOT BE HAVING SO MUCH INPACT ON MY LIFE BECAUSE THEY HURT ME. IT SHOULD NOT IMPACT ME AT ALL. ONLY GOOD THINGS SHOULD IMPACT ME THIS MUCH.
i hope i helped and i know it hurts. but time will heal you. i promise.
xlovexx463 answered Monday July 21 2008, 4:33 pm: You could...
1. Hang out with friends
2. Have a sleepover marathon
3. Go to the mall
4. Write an angry letter to the heartbreaker, then rip it up
5. Paint a picture depicting your sadness
6. Paint a picture depicting happiness as to get over sadness
Everybody gets their heart broken at some point in their life. And I know that it's really hard right now, but you just have to pick yourself up and move on. Distracting yourself helps a lot. For the first few hours, sulk a little. But after that, go out and enjoy life. Trust me, being happy is a lot more fun than being sad. =]
One thing I don't recommend doing would be gorging on cookies and ice cream. You'll just end up feeling worse after eating all that junk. =P
Kittzen answered Monday July 21 2008, 4:30 pm: You get back up and try to forget about them. threw away the pictures, and move on. Think about what's coming up in the further instead of what you just left behind. Get a new Relationship, and make everyday as happy as you can. Try not to think about them.
