pull her on your lap
play with her hair
gentle tugs can be fun
move her body around like move her legs over yours
hold her hands behind you
put a mint in your mouth
or poprocks
or hershey kisses
rub her back
even if your not to the ima touch your boobs phase yet shell still like it if you play with her bra straps thats also a very suttle move that will eventually get you under her bra (just sayin)
depending on how old you are or how far you are in the relationship you could grind on each other too IF YOUR LIKE AT LEAST 14
ummmm if you need anything else ask

ConfusedX2 answered Thursday March 11 2010, 8:40 pm: my boyfriend loves it when i run my fingers through his hair or lightly touch his cheek. i also like to kinda tug on his shirt, either the collar to like pull him closer or like on the back of his shirt.
i love to suck/lightly nibble on his bottom lip. sometimes i alternate with the top lip. also, he always seems to like it if i was just eating something really cold like ice cream, or if i have ice in my mouth and my mouth is cold. [ ConfusedX2's advice column | Ask ConfusedX2 A Question ]

There really isn't too much you need to do when making out with him. Maybe stroke the side of his cheeks at times or wrap your arms around his neck.
Other than that, experiment some. You will find what he likes. Every guy is different [ jeanine278972's advice column | Ask jeanine278972 A Question ]
