The only reason anyone except you and the high level mods will be able to see them is if you've given out your login details or your account has been hacked. The recent site news will tell you how to prevent that happening. The mods will probably only look at your questions if there's been an abuse report or something along those lines so there's no need to worry. Your questions page is just a page where you can edit or delete questions you've asked. Unless you've stated your username in a question, your questions are remained anonymous.
