how do you ask a younger guy you work with (who your friends with) to your prom?

It doesnt matter, Just ask him "Will you go to prom?"
dont make it hard on yourself/

something like "want to go to prom with me?" generally works. dont make things harder than they have to be. just be like "i cant think of anyone more fun to go with. wanna go?"
