I just made my schools volleyball team this past week. (We had conditioning and try outs 2 weeks before)
Well ever since we started try-outs I've been eating more! I eat like 2 dinners; After breakfast (while I'm at school) I get so hungry, and even after lunch I'll get hungry in like an hour.

Don`t worry because you won`t get fat ! But if you are still concerned about how much food you are intaking then, just stick to healthy foods that will give you lots of energy .. like fruit or something.

But if your that worried about it, drink a lot of water and some sort of drink like gatorade. And when your hungury eat something healthy like fruits or little healthy snack bars. Your body's metabolism is changing because you are exercising more. So if you're hungry, eat! And don't worry about getting fat until you actually do-and you won't. :) [ honu22's advice column | Ask honu22 A Question ]
