1.Dab a small amount of toothpaste (paste, not gel) on pimples before bed; this helps dry out the pimples.
2.Mix equal amounts of lemon juice and rose water, apply to face with a cotton ball, and allow to sit for 30 minutes before rinsing. 15-20 days of this application helps cure pimples and also helps to remove blemishes and scars.
3.Apply fresh lemon juice on the affected area overnight. Wash off with warm water next morning.
4. For acne that hasn't seemed to respond to anything, steep 2-3 tsp. dried basil leaves in 1 cup boiling water for 10-20 minutes, cool, and apply to affected area with a cotton ball.

1 teaspoon of groundnut oil and lime juice will help prevent blackheads from forming. Rosewater and ground cucumber will also work. Leave them on your face for about 20 mins.
To keep your skin soft and clean:
Mash 1/2 a banana and mix it with 1 tablespoon of honey and 2 tablespoons of sour cream. Leave it on your face for 10 minutes.
Also, a mixture of olive oil and lemon juice works well too. Combine them and leave the mixture on your face for about 15 to 20 minutes and then rinse your face with warm water.

I have also heard of using egg yoks and making like a mask. I dont know if it makes them go away but it stops them from coming.
