Well i have brown eyes..and BLAH! i hate them..they are so dark and ..to me ..ugly!
all the gorgeous girls have blue eyes and i really wish i could have blue eyes..and im definately not getting colored contacts..my brown eyes make me feel so ..ugly. i always say to myself..if you were to have blue eyes you would be so much prettier..and i like this guy..but i think he likes his ex again..and what does she have? blue eyes. and i have brown hair..so on me i think it looks so ugly! i dont want to dye my hair blonde tho haha. on some girls brown hair and brown eyes is gorgeous..just not me. what do i do..my brown eyes are making me feel so..ugly.. =[

Since you posted this is 2006 god knows if youll read this but, I totally sympathize, I hate my ugly boring brown eyes.

There. You can in 2014, actually completely change the colour of your eyes in about 15 minutes!

I have brown eyes to, there not all that great. but thats the color they are going to be forever. i suggest "almay intense i-color for brown eyes" it really brings out the color in your eyes.

i'm sure you're not ugly, you just think that. i have blue eyes, and believe me they're not that special. if you dont wear eye makeup, try it. i think that some eyeliner and mascara makes a bug difference. also, wear colors that will make your eyes pop. purples and greens look good with brown eyes.

I'm sure there not ugly. Pretty much everyone hates how they look, but theres gonna be someone out there who thinks your beautiful and likes you for who you are. So don't worry about it. Just realize everyones different and beautiful in there own way.

You know what's funny? I've had blue eyes all my life and HATED it. My little sister has brown eyes, and all I ever heard was "Oh, look at the big brown eyes!". I just assumed that everyone hated blue eyes! So sometimes it's just your perspective. Everybody likes something different :)

you have to realize that nobody is perfect. every single one of us has our imperfections and insecurities. you need to love what god gave you hun. dont focus on what you dont like about yourself. focus on your good assests. be confident that you are a very gorgeous girl and be proud of what you look like. the sooner you start beliving it, others will see your confidence and see past your imperfections. I've wasted so much time being depressed about a certain imperfection of mine, comparing myself to girls who didnt have this imperfection and wishing that i was like them. now i realize how stupid that was. im pretty sure nobody notices your eye color unless theyre staring at you. and trust me, guys dont notice a lot anyways. be happy that youre different. youre a gorgeous girl with brown eyes (not blue) and proud of it. thats what i wanna hear :-)

Aw, hunny. Don't think that way about yourself, I'm sure you're beautiful. Brown eyes are gorgeous. I myself have brown eyes and brown hair, I used to hate my eyes, until I started wearing make-up. When you put on eye shadows like pink, purple, gold, silver, nice colors like that, it'll pop out your eyes and will make them stand out. Also, black eye liner looks great with dark eyes. You could try that and see how your eyes look like that, try different colors to find what looks best. :)
Guys who truly like you will get to know you before they look at how you look. No matter how bad you feel about yourself, that one special guy will think you're the most gorgeous girl, ever. And when you're with him, you won't care about how you look because you know in his eyes, you're beautiful.
But, don't think that way of yourself. Everyone is beautiful, inside and out. Everyone has flaws and something they hate about theirselfs, but you should love every part of you, no matter what. If your inside is beautiful, your outside will be beautiful, too. You just have to be happy with yourself before that beauty shines through. Every teenage girl goes through this, you aren't the only one. A lot of people are insecure with how they look, but that's just a phase and it'll pass. ♥

Hey hun, all teenagers go through this stage of thinking that they have stuff on them that is ugly, I am guessing you are a teenager, but if your not I am sorry, but I mean I am 15 and I think I am ugly no matter what people tell me, it is just something teenage girl go through...I have brown hair and brown eyes and I have a boyfriend....I think brown hair and brown eyes are prettier than blonde and blue eyes...I mean that is just so steriotypical...and guys think of blonde hair and blue eyes as more of a slut than a person with brown hair and eyes...well that is what all my guy friends say...and i have a lot...So really it is just a matter of self-confidentce...I bet you are really a beautiful girl, who just needs to boost up her self-confidence a bit... So try looking in the mirror everyday and telling yourself in a confident voice that .."YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL" trust me it makes you feel a lot better!

Aw sweetie, brown eyes are gorgeous! I'm sure your a very beautiful person no matter what you say. I mean, yes I have blue eyes & I do love them, but I have seen some very amazingly gorgeous people with brown eyes, and I envied them. You just have to be happy with what you've got, but what you can do is (it all depends on your skin tone whether ot not it looks good) wear a light colored makeup, which will bring out the color of your eyes. Like wear maybe a pink eyeshadow with a black mascara, and thin eyeliner, and it will bring out the color in your eyes, making them look gorgeous. Like me, I have light blue eyes (natural) & I wear really heavy black eye makeup which causes them to become lighter. It works the opposite with dark colored eyes. Light colors make them shine =D. Try that and see if you like it.
