Question Posted Saturday February 25 2006, 12:46 pm
I have an ipod mini. It's 3 years old now, so Im wanting to buy a new music player. Overall my mini has been very nice. I've had battery trouble and have never liked that fact. It bothers me and so Im not sure if I should get another apple.
Can anyone tell me other brands of Mp3's and which ones are the best. Which ones are better than apple? Which ones have the best battery life(By hour and by which one will overall last the longest)? Which ones actually work how they say they will?
I want at least a 1,000 song capacity. Thanks.

They only one I know of with video and photo are iPods. Good luck finding one that you like =] [ chaN3l_n_McR's advice column | Ask chaN3l_n_McR A Question ]
I agree on the fact of battery issues. My personal view is that the better ones are the ones that allow you to get to the battery if necessary, or it just doens't charge anymore. I feel that if you go with the apples that one you are paying more for the name than anything else really. It's hard to tell you what people prefer because each person has different expectation, so I hope that site will help you. [ trlblzr4u's advice column | Ask trlblzr4u A Question ]

i really like my ipod nano too! you said you didnt really want an apple but i think its better than the iriver is alot of ways like grafic wise, and how nice it looks and what not. my battery seems to last pretty long with it.. i use it atleast 1 hour a day and charge it like every week to every other week! its pretty nice compared to like cell phone batteries and stuff [ DancinCutie08's advice column | Ask DancinCutie08 A Question ]
