For most schools, yes. You should be allowed to invite anyone you want, as far as I know.

Yesss they are. If an upperclassman invites a lowerclassman to prom, thats the only way a lowerclassman is allowed to go =D

as far as i know yes.. it all depends on your school rules. some allow it some dont. some even have special proms just for underclassman (junior prom) as far as i know its alright though

in my personal opinion i believe that anyone should be allowed to bring whom ever they want to their prom..specially if they are going out..well hope you have fun
