dirty looks

Question Posted Thursday February 23 2006, 8:05 pm

There are these freshman in my art class and they're sooo annoying! I'm pretty preppy and they think I'm sometimes overly preppy..but hey, that's just me.
Anyways, they always give me dirty looks and they talk about me..I know it. Like I see them talking about me. I don't know why they hate me...I've never done anything to them! I always try to be nice & smile to everyone! Should I confront them and ask them? Please help!

Eh, I wouldnt worry about it. Freshman are intimidated by older people and they try and be cool amongst themselves, and often start rumors & lies so people like them. Their getting the feel of the High School thing. If you want to confront them you can and ask why their giving you dirty looks for no reason what so ever, and see what they say, but I really wouldnt worry about it, haha. Stupid freshman. JAYKAY =D

I think you should confront them.

Let them know that you don't want them talking about you and if they have something to say about you say it to your face.

They may not like you because of the stereotype of preps, but don't change yourself. Everyone isn't going to like you, no matter what.

yeah I have the same problem but they`re probably just jealous cus they are ugly or something. I wouldn`t even worry about it. You know how freshman are with drama, they create it. So hold your head high.

Some kids just hate people because of their social stereotype. It's stupid and they're stupid for thinking that. I'd just say fuck them, they're not worth you time. Let them be immature and stupid and you can be the better person by ignoring it.

I say no. Those stupid freshmen just come in thinking they are so fucking cool & hate on the sophomores. Just ignore them. They are freshmen. It`s not like they are your friends. Like you`ve said, you haven`t done anything to them, so if they are the one with the problems against you, then forget it. I know i`m seeming rude, sorry! Lol. They just don`t know the real you, so i don`t see the point.
