hey, do any of you know really good ways to get relaxed besides drugs? and if you do, give exact details and steps.

Well you could always:
- Sit on your butt, eat chocolate in sweats with messy hair & watch sad movies.
- Sleep.
- Bubble bath. =)

My idea of relaxation is to have a long hot bubble bath with candles and calming music playing - in my humble opinion theres nothing better! But try not to fall asleep! :P

meditation:
lay in your bed and focus on relaxing one part: such as starting from your feet up: say "isolation of my feet; my feet are frozen. isolation of my ankles..." say it in a quiet voice, almost like a whisper, and very slowly. this process should take about 20-30 min, and after words, you can go to sleep because of the state youll be in.

ok, here's one
Step1: Lay on your back
Step2: Put a penny or quarter, any coin on the squishy little place between your eyes
Step3: Close your eyes
Step4: Let the wait of the coin relax you
