lazy_one answered Saturday February 11 2006, 12:12 pm: I'm 14/f, 4'11", and about 120lbs. if you want to loose weight, as do i, try exercising a little bit. There are many, many exercises that will tone up different parts of the body: sit ups/crunches, push ups, runing/joging, and bike riding. all of these will help you in some way. also, it is not just the exercise that turns fat into muscle, it's the food you eat that will keep you healthier and able to exercise and stay active. By eating the right foods combined with the exercise, you should be able to loose some weight. drink water or juice instead of soda (preferably water).
hope i helped

Some people mistake hunger for thirst and so they eat more when all they need is water! If you just ate and 30 minutes later are hungry, drink some water and then see. Trade in cheetos and ding dongs for carrots with ranch dressing or apples with peanut butter.
Just watch what you eat! I hope I helped! [ emster812's advice column | Ask emster812 A Question ]
jammy12 answered Friday February 10 2006, 7:49 pm: I'm that same height age but I'm 176 lbs right now and I'm verrrry unhappy! Right now I lost 4 lbs in 2 days and it's because I eat as normal, exercise more and drink chocolate soy milk as a snack. Today I had a peach smoothie with whipped cream and I'm still the same size as I had lost (170)! My advice to you is either ride the stationary bije for 30 mins a day or 1 hr a day spilted in two, or run/walk on a tredmill for at least 1 mile a day! IT really tones up the body! bob_sayz_it answered Friday February 10 2006, 5:44 pm: first of all, splitting up your workouts is good. then you can work harder and not get so tired.
workout as much as you can and drink lots of water when youre hungry (no soda)
try to stay away from fried or oily food
not too many carbs
eat a lot of fruits and vegetables...
free foods that you can eat a ton of are celery and snap peas and green tea (which all burn calories)
