It depends on your body composition. Are you slimming down? Notice any changes? Well all I know is that people who exercise a lot can gain more weight because of an increase in muscle mass. And more muscle burns more energy. So It's good!
Most likely you are doing well. People get it mixed up- you shouldn't be concerned with your weight! Instead, you should be concerned with your body composition (muscle to fat), body shape, etc... Keep it up! ]
1)you may not have a high metabolism.
2)but if your active, you probably have a good deal of muscle.
3) You probably are in ok->good shape. people tend to think theyre fatter than they are, so other people may see you as not fat. ]
Your probably just gainning muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat. The people who answered before me said it could be your metabolism. There is a chance that it is but more likely your gainning muscle and losing fat. ]
You may have a slow metabolism which means your body isn't very good at burning up "fuel". There are some pills/medicine things that help speed up your metabolism so possibly check that out/consult a doctor. :) ]
