Weight Problems I began this diet and exercise routine in the beginning of the month and I weighed 126. Its the end of the month and now I weigh 120/121 (I yoyo between those two weights every day). I lost all the weight in the beginning, and for the past for what seems like forever NOTHING has been changin!
I havent really been focusing on losing POUNDS but losing STOMACH (I have a fat stomach, but everywhere else isnt to bad) and I feel like NOTHING is happening. I cut out most junk food (I do cheat once or twice a week and eat a tastycake or chips) but compared to what I used to be, EVERY day I'd eat junkfood. And I've cut portions and I drink a tall glass of chocomilk for breakfast everyday. And I do 7 diff. types of stomach exercises: crunches, these two my mom taught me, reverse crunch, side crunch, bicycle crunch, and ab reach. I do 30 of each (except two sets of 30 on the two diff. sides for side crunch and the ab reach you do two sets also) and I do them every night except for Saturday at like 10 at night. WHAT AM I DOING WRONG!?! Why am I at this complete standstill. I feel no more skinnier and its just. As you can see I'm completely frustrated.
Whats going on, and how can I get back on track?!

it seems to me like the reason that you're not losing any more weight is that you keep doing the same exercise every day. at the beginning it was new, so it was a challenge. but now, your body is used to the same exercise, so it is not causing any change. also, i would change the cheating to once a week not twice and change the chocolate milk to water or orange juice. ]
Cheating shouldnt happen once a week....it should only happen a maximum of twice a month. Lose that garbage chocolate milk. Guess what? now its EVERYDAY you wont be able to eat junk food...that is unless you feel like wasting all of your effort. The government dont know anything about diet and exercise so dont listen to them. If you're really into it and need direction then hire yourself a qualified Fitness Trainer. ]
omg im having like the same problem but i fixed myself all you have do do it keep on track devote like all your time to your diet. besides not eating junk foods and excersing there is still eating healthy go to smallstep.gov (haha i saw it on a commercial and went there) and go to resources then create a diet and it shows you like how many grams of sat. fat and stuff like that you can have a day try to do 10 of each excersise int he morning beofre school if you have time do yoga palates try sports at school and do not cheat i know how tempting it is cus i cheat like evry day but just try ps. fill me in on how things go and if you wanna lose weight in your face and thin it out drink ONLY water no juice no nothing just water for 3 weeks hope i helped
