How much can a person loose by working with this schedule.
All healthy food. And a reasonable amount.
Example of what I'd eat
Breakfest- Special K cerial, glass of Milk.
Lunch- Sandwich (Ryebread, mustard, ham) water, theese no calories no fat chips that are really good. And probably an orange or an Apple.
Snacks- fruits and sometimes a really small salad.
Dinner- whatever my mom cooks with water.
I'd workout in the morning for an hour.
I'd work out in the after noon for about an hour.
And how much would be reasonable to loose a week.
Like whats the highest and then lowest possible could be lost.
Thank you.

Do you know how hard it is to stick to a split training system? You're better off doing one training session once a day for about 1 hr to 1 hr and a half. Another thing- Special K isn't healthy, Ham isnt healthy, chips no matter what the bag says arent healthy. Ditch that crap for fresh or lightly steamed vegetables and eat eggs in the morning. Don't listen to what Oprah and those stupid teen magazines and sites say about weight loss. Sorry to be truthful but from the standpoint of someone who designs diets for people- Your plan isnt as healthy as you think. Eat as many natural, unprocessed foods as you can and eat a good amount of calories, don't eat like a bird because it isnt going to work. Eat good and do it day in and day out.

(It took me 3 months to loose 15 pounds just by counting calories - 1500 a day.)
