whipped cream
what kind of whipped cream should i use to make vanilla ice cream. it says to use two cups, but i'm not sure if using a heavy kind would be better than a light. thanks

no deffinately heavy,you cant really work with light or that fat free stuff they dont really work that well,but you could try if youd like.Try going to www.foodnetwork.com and searching "vanilla ice cream" maybe something will pop up.Hope i could help!

use heavy and nothing low fat/fat free. fat free stuff is harder to use when you cook and doesnt always turn out as good
